As someone who has worked in biochemistry labs, I have to point out that food (like e.g. coffee) within the lab era is usually a big no-no.
Though granted: Donna may not know, and Maggie may not care...
Edit: I just remembered that Maggie ignoring "no food in the lab" rules (or at least not bothering to reprimand others for that) is actually quite canon.
wouldn't that be hilarious if the reason Maggie got in trouble at Jefferson wasn't for doing great evil but instead for something mundane like ignoring the "no food in the lab" rule?
Pfffft, having a phiole of ebola ready at hand for emergencies? How messy-messy! There are more stylish poisons for such occasions. (Doing a Bally centaur voice imitation) "No class, human!"
Donna's other super power? Let's see: Donna entered the room. She instantly assessed the situation and redirected the energy to something more positive.....or not.

"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS!?"
"Many apologies Sir! I am aware that my social graces are somewhat lacking sometimes. Here, let me remedy that..."
Maggie stretches her arm, so that she is holding the bag directly under the director's nose.
"Please, take one - they are delicious!"
"Spare me your sanctimonious bullshit! It's not like he needs his liver anymore!"
"I'm talking about the energy drink can cooling in his abdominal cavity!"
Addendum: Holy crap! Is this your 100th page?!
Congrats!
(I like the minutiae of milestones. Dunno why. i just do.)
re: 100: thank you!
I'll admit I don't track that stuff like I used to.

It's really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really nasty and still relatively easy to contain.
