I'm not sure where this comic goes, long term. However I anticipate that this panel summarizes one of the themes, of the death (and hopefully renewal) of small town America, and how NOBODY IS GOING TO SAVE IT unless it saves itself.

btw this is what happens when you don't have a university hope in your town, all the smart/clever/ambitious kids leave

Surprisingly enough, espresso coffee has LESS caffeine than a medium-roast coffee. The darker you roast the beans, the more caffeine gasses out.
