If Pierre-Renard is there, he may at least have mentally prepared for the possibility that he will see his ex-girlfriend. Eric Macdonald however... will we see his reaction??
Looking at the picture in the background, I wonder why I suddenly have the Sorcerer Theme in my head. Probably because I am a TD fan (only the earlier work), the Sorcerer soundtrack is one of my standard vinyls during drawing, the trucks inspired Suttung, but still the movie (although a really good of later european movies) can't beat the original wages of fear. (Movie and soundtrack in the video are from 1977, the last really outstanding work of TD) Still something that should match the asthetics of Tona's world.
I saw this movie as a teen (not when it was made, much later) and understimetaed it later (like many others) because I kept comparing it to "Wages Of Fear", but I think it was rather unfair. I listened to the soundtrack for years and often hear it while drawing TOBT (mentioned already on ttat page) but watching the trailer, I realized that it was a very decent movie itself.
