Hey, I hope y'all are weathering this corona virus thing more-or-less. I know some of you are a fair bit older than my middle-aged self, so for god's sake go to ground and don't take any unnecessary chances.

So that all said, I know the stock market is probably the furthest thing from your mind (I wonder if Kimberly-Clark is cleaning up hur hur hur) but I'll tell you what I'm so goddamn glad I have an aggressively cautious money manager. Because I would like to retire sometime.

I bet Donna is wishing that she could submerge completely, or better yet, just swim away...

A submarine wouldn't be a bad place to be right now.

Well, it's long, hard, inhabits moist compressed environments, and full of seamen. Should suit Donna perfectly...

Apparently Netflix's stock price has been getting hammered a little less than everyone else.

Also on the schedule for entertainment: the game of "what's going to go bad first" with the produce!

For all a "certain someone" has touted the stock market as a sign of their success, they sure haven't done a very good job of reassuring investors with any semblance of coherent leadership.

Sell oil, buy grocery chains. And especially buy TP manufacturers. For we are all now The Great Cornholio, forever asking, "Do you have TP?"

Don't you love it when you're over at someone else's house and the hosts get back into a long-running argument that you really really don't need to hear about?

Yeah.

Looking at the gestures, Ashley talks about something double the size than what Carol Anne talks about.

(Retiring sometime... sounds like a good plan.)

well, I took it more as an "I"m exasperated" kinda gesture, but yeah, I suppose he could be talking about the length of his... investing history?

I had a feeling there were two possible reasons Carol Anne was with him.
