Did you know you were quoting a Todd Rundgren album title?
lirvilas 18th Jun 2021, 7:56 PM edit delete reply
I was not aware of that, or of Todd Rundgren at all. What songs of his should I listen to?

I think Todd Rundgren is most famous for "Bang the Drum All Day" and "Hello It's Me" and "I Saw the Light". These are the songs you are likely to have heard somewhere.

But I'm weird so my favorite song by him is "Hot Espresso" (released under the name "TR-i" in the 90's).

He had a progressive rock band called Utopia, and I absolutely love this track: "Caravan"

And, he produced many albums... including one of my favorite albums by The Tubes. Remote Control is, IMHO, a mixed bag, but the parts of it I like I absolutely love. Here's the opening track: "TV Is King"

It should also be noted that The Cars re-formed for a while as The New Cars, with Todd Rundgren replacing their lead singer. Here's "Just What I Needed"

I wasn't invited to this conversation, but I want to weigh in XD

I think my favorite is his work with Nazz.

Gotta "Open My Eyes" ;)

Pro tip, Gavin: Calling potential new customers "soft and weak" and announcing that you'll "break their bodies" may be a tiny bit counterproductive if you want them to indeed become your customers...

it's not what he's saying, it's how he says it!
