I take vacations so that I can grind more effectively.
Something about being in a cottage by a lake (maintenance is included in the condo fees) just totally relaxes me and allows me to flush my brain for a few days. if I absolutely HAVE to do some sort of work, I do it analogue, ie: paper and pen, so that it both takes longer, and I don't have to look at a screen in front of the lake view.
On vacation, I'm not idle. I am extremely busy doing NOTHING... lol
Also, it just occurs to me that this might not be a montage, time-progression-wise. Which means that it's possible that The Good Doctor is still wandering 'round, nekkid as a jaybird, in a state of sunburn-shock, whilst poor, put-upon Donna has gotten "dressed".
