It's safe to say that both Tyler and Donna are exceptional at their jobs, or maybe it's just that Tyler is more Machiavellian and keeps his job by lies, deceit, and backstabbing (or a combination of that and actual talent). IF they were on the same managerial level AND HAD EQUAL POWER/CONTROL and actually found the way to work TOGETHER instead of spending time and effort trying to hamstring each other they might realize that they make MORE money together than going solo...
