So yeah, a little over two years ago in 2019 I started putting together the concepts for what would eventually become Grinder$. Thank you Argyle Fox for helping me with the name! Now on the cusp of 2022 I'm drawing a line (in the snow) and saying this is the end... of Volume 1.
Donna will have plenty more adventures ahead, but it's certainly an older and hopefully wiser artist and character who will take her there. Thank you Spelledeg, Kid Cthulhu, Blue Dragon, Octopus Ink, and Sigpig for doing what you could to keep me sane over the last two years. And of course my biggest thank yous go to Call me Tom, Stilldown, Microraptor, and Sarah Sophia and Professor Etheric for graciously lending me their characters, be it for a plot point or for the majority of these pages. There will be more adventures! This is my forever comic, I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy making it!
Merry Christmas lirvilas. Thanks for two years of grins and the 'uplifting' drawings of Ms. Panks in all her slutty glory. I look forward to the next chapter.
Will it pick back up here, or the Let It Ride homepage or is there a mailing list I need to join to find her new home after the first of the year?
Oh god, thanks for the thanks! Sorry I'm so late seeing this D:
Speaking legitimately here: you're one of the most solid, down to earth dudes I've met. Genuine: and that's not something I throw around carelessly.
So...if you ever do a Kickstarter or IndieGogo for hard copies, you gotta let me know, because I'd throw down some cash for a hard copy (but that's a lot of work, and I know you've got several grinds going XD)
naw, I'm sorry, I'll never produce this in hard copy. the variable format of the pages, the color, the roiling comments section, the links could not be conveyed
I appreciate the hell out of your comment binges. Let me know if you need anything.
Some of the regular weekly/daily webcomics I follow went on hiatus, and I had put off catching up on Grinder$ because I forgot where I left off, but I'm so glad I finally dove back in, such silly chaos, and the outfits. Fun read, thanks for keeping at it.
I curate, mostly for my own personal use, but I posted my lists at https://voxman314.newgrounds.com/links

One of the best ways to discover new artists is suggestions or guest artists on comics I already like , although, sadly, many of the recommended sites are either offline or never updated to https. For example, Questionable Content has been running since 2003, and very few of those early guest artists still have active sites. For the strongest recommendations, sometimes I try the Internet Archive.
Appreciated. And, for perspective, you're on my first page of active stories amongst the likes of Incase and Roved Out, not the "I wanna read this, maybe, but what do I do with it?" on page 4 and 5.
I'm hoping to do another update soon, if only to close the dozens of tabs I have open on my tablet, lol. So many of the recent ones are sfw; on the other hand, I've been trying to educate myself on some of the more popular adult manwha titles as well, very interesting format.
For readers of Grinder$, I'd probably recommend This Romantic World, also funny and oversexed. Or Totty Comics. Thanks again.
(not sure what the next volume is going to be called, working title is "can I speak to your bitchy but smokin' manager?")
Merry Christmas!
(the grind is the point)
- "Donaldova"? Interesting... My first was that this must have been Ana's maiden name, but that would be heck of a coincidence...
- And of course: Merry Christmas!! :-)
"Donaldovna" is Russian naming convention, it's based off her father's name. So naming her "Donna" was totally overkill.
Merry Christmas to you too!

we're back to the sex and coffee jokes in a few

got a lot of awesome artists listed there, I'm definitely the low man on that totem pole!

more to your actual comments: yeah because of the low bar for entry a whole lot of people start webcomics when they're not capable of continuing them
also comics are fucking hard, so even very capable artists drop out over time
