Then came Donna and her squad, who took all the various fetishes and hangups of the earlier women and totally reshuffled them. I’m not saying that Bettina doesn’t interest me any more, it’s just that there’s probably someone else who more easily mashes those buttons in my psyche… I probably couldn’t have created Donna without first knowing Bettina.
