Good point, Donna. It's all roses until somebody can't keep their genitals in their pants or their personal baggage on their shoulder. And both your daddy and new mommy got wandering genitals and enough baggage to crush an elephant
I'm still contemplating the photo and the myriad possible meanings behind Naomi wishing Donna was there. I presume this is some vacation photo since Donna was, after all, at the wedding, or at least at the reception, after banging the Anglican priest who wanted to marry her.
To a certain extent, all marriage is pragmatic. Our species' evolution has drifted toward mating pairs with some degree of polgyny for some time.
Human brain development is such that infants are born "prematurely" relative to other mammals, meaning that child rearing is a two-person job. In that sense, marriage is pragmatic move to keep the other partner around to see that through, lessening the chances of the polygyny that is present in our behavioral evolution (as demonstrated by the relatively slight but noticeable degree of sexual dimorphism seen in human phenotypes).
You got me rambling about human evolution, and I'm stopping myself before things get out of hand and someone *gasp* learns something
Good comment, apologies for the mad delay in acknowledging it! Yeah, I forget what the first six months (after birth) are called, but it’s something like the fourth trimester. Upright posture => narrower hips => can’t gestate all the way to full infant function with that big-ass brain => need for more cooperative skills as a species
Damn, I'm very interested to see how this develops.
cute tunes
"diSregarding"!
eta on repairs ~12 hrsfixedBecause her predecessors learned their lessons way too late...
I don't think those two are done with each other, no sir
it's not a good time unless you're rubbing it in everybody else's face
