This is the end of this little arc, though you can be sure that Maggie and Morag aren't done with each other yet. That makes for a convenient time to take a little break. I'll be back in 4-5 days; my uploads are gonna be a little light until Monday night at the latest.
Please make sure you're dropping "5"s on your favorite sophisticated CF comics. There are a few in the links here; drop me your recommendations in the comments below!
Wow!
I KNEW Maggie had a dark side, but, JEEZ!!
Working with the BoogeyMan to knock off the clones that she, herself had a hand in making?
Ordering men's deaths and setting someone else up to take the fall, such as it is?
Yikes!
I mean, you think you know a mad scientist...
Maggie can understand the Boogeyman! (She speaks... Boogeymanish? Boogey??)
Even that certain other blonde (who, as I pointed out earlier, has been the only one until now who actually liked him) didn't really have actual conversations with him...
Since I unfortunately never had the opportunity to see the Bogeyman in Call me Tom's original context, I had so far zero reference points regarding who the teeth-for-eyes lady is.
Reinterpreting her as "actually" being Maggie sounds intriguing though...

there's a reason Augustus wants her aboard, then he's got a good reason to keep tabs
and she's SOOOOO CLOSE to achieving her goals
spoiler alert: friends like Donna (and Felicia Kingsley, and others) are Dr. Ashton's saving grace. They're ours, too
he is a shambling heap of nightmare fuel
-dubious ethics/low respect for boundaries
-white lab coat
-gross, semi-failed experiments
help me out here
sometimes she forgets it too

because I think someone *did* fix Boogeyman... I think mummy is real, even if she doesn't look exactly like how BM sees her.
And I think she's in the page above.

(Also, this made me realize something I never considered before: The Bogeyman has no eyes!!)
Hey! Nice cast page! It's looking great :D
Maggie on her own is pretty fucking scary
(Hey, appreciated!)
