According to the organigram the Drakes were already shareholders of Haute Coffee - so "consolidating" in this case means that stuff gets reshuffled between them and the other shareholders so that the Russian connection isn't so apparent anymore??
however, isn't it a little odd that a heavy hitter like Jr. is coming out to the middle of nowhere to oversee the acquisition? he's waaaaay too far up the org chart and that makes no damn sense. the author's slipping
