Living the life Donna has led, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if she was disappointed.

I know that, at least in my own current sitch and mind state, if I thought I was gonna end my time on this miserable rock with a dick in my mouth and a gun to my temple, I'm not sure that would be the worst of my possible ways to go.
If I was 'assured' that this would NOT be my final moments, I cannot honestly say that there would be a sigh of relief, either.

Knowing Donna Panks, however, I am quite sure that when she DOES go, a gun and/or a dick will be present and in plain view, if not straight-up in her mouth at the "Magic Hour".

I'm gonna say that we're gonna have to agree to disagree on options & preferences for a "final exit"

my preferred method of (prospective) passing is attempting an unassisted climb of Mt. Baker

also Donna is (probably) gonna die in a car accident, just like her mom

Donna should've brought protection...

...and BOTH definitions of "protection" apply here

she doesn't need a weapon

if Donna can talk, she can talk her way into and (more importantly) out of almost any situation

and she knows this

(regarding that other thing... lol)

Wow, he doesn't even need the cane here, He just leans a little on Donna.
lirvilas 9th Sep 2022, 8:10 AM edit delete reply
yeah we need to talk about that. however I'm not sure I can slide that into the ensuing exchange, which will mostly center around promiscuity

I assumed you were playing the long game with a reveal.
I just wanted to show I was paying attention ^_~
lirvilas 9th Sep 2022, 8:51 AM edit delete reply
since we're talking about reveals:

nobody's even said a dang thing about Gus giving his blazer to Donna!

Guess being a gentleman doesn't matter anymore lol
Thracecius 9th Sep 2022, 1:00 PM edit delete reply
Wait, so you're trying to tell us that Gus is a gentleman as well as a murdering arms dealer with a questionable moral & ethical code? That's not a judgement, just a question. :)

Because Javelin rockets ain't cheap whereas being polite is free.
Thracecius 9th Sep 2022, 1:19 PM edit delete reply
I agree with you, but I'm sure there are plenty who would not. For some people, being polite is almost literally painful, though I can't really comprehend such a thing myself.

There's probably an ACI short for that.

Okay Donna, if you can already guess that this is probably not a set up for a blowjob, then why did you take that pose!?

Just in case?
Wishful thinking!?!?
Reflexive habit, done entirely subconsciously at this point!?!?

Can it be that Donna has a bit of a crush on Gus?
lirvilas 9th Sep 2022, 1:16 PM edit delete reply
Gus is a nerdier, more thoughtful version of Mbuni with like 1/10th the murdering and none of the "Zamundan Death Mark" baggage.

Of course Donna can't help but think thoughts.

There are times I really wonder why anyone, including myself, like Donna so much when she can be so irritating, but I think it really just boils down to her being really smart, charming and an overall good person, particularly when you consider her upbringing (she really did well for herself all things considered). Life can be like that unfortunately, or fortunately depending upon your perspective.

I'm not sure if Gus likes Donna all that much, but he certainly seems to tolerate her far more than you would expect from someone in his position, even given her exceptional sales abilities. Controlling people tend to really dislike chaotic people whether they are useful to them or not, sometimes to the point where they'd rather do without the talent just to reduce the chaos.

Gus is totally going to use Donna like the red-headed stick of dynamite that she is

more concerning is that his rank-and-file security personnel tend to fall in love with her
Thracecius 9th Sep 2022, 6:01 PM edit delete reply
Hence my comment about chaos. :D
